GONG grew from one simple belief: Paris should be able to discover the flavours of Beijing and Northern China.

Founder Véronique QUE (Hualin) studied linguistics in Saint Petersburg and later attended a business school in Paris. A passionate polyglot, she created a place where every guest can feel welcome.

The menu features Beijing copper-pot hotpot, noodles, zhajiangmian, Dalian huoshao, Chinese teas and Northern desserts.
